Highlights of Mr. Andrade´s full stage productions include: C. Orff´s  "Die Kluge" and W. Hiller´s "Liebestreu und Grausamkeit" for the Theatron, Open Air Stage of the Olympic Village of Munich; J. Haydn´s "Applaussus" for the Young Ensemble of the Bavarian State Opera; W. A. Mozart´s "The Magic Flute", G. Donizetti´s "Il Campanello", G. B. Pergolesi´s "La Serva Padrona" and E. Humperdinck´s "Hansel and Gretel" for the National Opera House of Ecuador, Teatro Sucre; G. Donizetti´s "L'elisir d'amore" for the House of Culture Theatre of Cuenca and L.H. Salgado´s "Dreams of Love" for Teatro Bolívar in Quito; Gluck´s "The Reformed Drunkard" for the Yinyue Xueyuan Central Music Hall in Shenyang; Poulanc´s "Les Mamelles de Tirésias" for the Leon de Greiff Hall in Bogotá; P. Mascagni´s "Cavalleria Rusticana" for the Salzburg Vocal Festival; Pasolini´s "Calderon"; Dario Fo´s adaptation of Brecht´s "The three penny opera", Ferdinand Bruckner´s "Pains of Youth", etc.  As a researcher, Mr. Andrade has been responsible for the recovery of lyric compositions by the Ecuadorian composer Luis H. Salgado.
In addition, Mr. Andrade has created several experimental videos which have been screened at Videoart Festivals in Europe and South America, such as the Wroclaw Biennale of Media Art in Poland; the Munich Film festival and the ​​​Kasseler Doku, Film and Video Festival in Kassel, Germany; the Media Art Friesland Festival in Holland; or the Musica Viva Festival in Quito.
He has also created several performances presented at some important Cultural Centers and Museums, such as Casa de América Barcelona; the Glyptothek-Museum for Antique Sculpture and Echtzeit-Halle Festival in Munich; the Museo de la Ciudad in Quito; the Museo de la Ciudad in Cuenca.

Mr. Andrade's background also includes training with the Teatro Estudio de Quito (Víctor Hugo Gallegos).
As a result of five years of intensive teaching activities at David Esrig´s Athanor Academy in Burghausen, Germany, Mr. Andrade has developed a special teaching approach for young singers and actors with the purpose of bringing the values of Esrig´s Methods to the stage. Additional stage direction and acting instructor credits include: University of Sevilla-Teatro Maestranza (Master Class Opera Stage Direction), Conservatory of Music and Theatre in Shenyang, China; National Conservatory of Music in Quito, Ecuador; National University of Colombia in Bogotá; University of Cuenca, Ecuador; Northern University in Barranquilla, Colombia: Provincial University of Córdoba, Argentina; and Salzburg Vocal Festival, Austria.

Mr. Andrade Córdova is a graduate of the world renowned Stage Direction Class from the Munich University of Music and Theatre/​August Everding Bavarian Theatre Academy in Germany, where he received his European Artistic Diploma of Opera and Stage Direction under the tutelage of Prof. August Everding and Prof. Cornel Franz.

Besides being a recipient of the Foerderpreis at the Ringaward/International Competition for Opera Stage Direction and Design in Graz, Austria, since his first opera production, the World Premiere of "Narrow Rooms" by Alexander Strauch, at Prinzregententheater in Munich, Mr. Andrade has directed around fifty opera, operetta and music-theatre, drama and contemporary performance productions. Mr. Andrade has served as Artistic Director and Founder of the Ecuadorian National Opera Company at Teatro Sucre, Performing Arts Director of Teatro Sucre and Artistic Director of Teatro Bolivar in Quito.
